Cmi Enterprises is a sole proprietorship owned by Carolyn Ittner. Carolyn has over 12 years of experience working side-by-side with General Counsels and executives as a top-notch executive assistant and paralegal.
She has a Masters degree in Philosophy and History, reflecting her excellent command of the English language. This is one reason her work has been so valuable to her attorney clients.
She is a veteran of the corporate world, but has also run her own small business since 2002 as a consultant to attorneys and small business owners. She has worked in various sales positions, been a legal advocate for battered women, and worked in a variety of offices. (By night she plays drums in a Carlos Santana Tribute Band. This keeps her young and happy.)
Cmi Enterprises is located in Illinois in the St. Louis Metro Area. Clients have consisted of ex-employers from corporations, small business people, students, venture-capital firms, attorneys and entrepreneurs.

My Mission is to deliver expert professional administrative services to my clients in the most efficient, prompt and reliable fashion possible. I serve to relieve productive people of burdensome details in order to support their broader vision of a project or endeavor.
I liberate my clients from the details. I allow them the peace and relief that comes from being able to delegate the details with confidence. My steadfast and 
competent attention to the role I play for my clients allow them the freedom to spend their time where their own skills are best focused. I pride myself on delivering service at the highest standard of excellence I can. My passion to be of excellent service and utilize the experience and skill I have acquired over the years, has consistently delivered more value to my clients than they had anticipated. That is my mission.
